**Pay Scale is based on education and experience**BFA is seeking an Alternative Program Lead for the Lighthouse that is responsible for the leadership, development, and daily management of the Lighthouse Alternative Program, a specialized educational environment designed for high school students who require intensive social-emotional and academic support.Education and/or Experience: B.A./B.S. in Education, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field (Masters Degree preferred). Experience: 3 years of experience working in alternative education, special education, or therapeutic school settings. Valid Vermont Educator License (e.g., Special Education or School Counseling) or relevant clinical licensure.
