  • Pay range is based on experience*BFA is seeking a Custodian II. A Custodian II consists of light maintenance duty and requires knowledge in building systems. A Custodian II also to maintains buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Performs heavy cleaning duties such as waxing floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing recycling and trash refuse.
Duties may include performing routine maintenance, clearing snow and debris from walkways and parking lots, troubleshooting and problem-solving building system problems and notifying Facilities Supervisor/Principal of needed building repairs.Education and/or Experience: High school graduate or equivalent. OSHA 10 training preferred

Salary : $20 - $27
