We are currently seeking an: Experienced, Professional Leasing Agent with a minimum of 6 months of experience in property management, retail service, or sales. Qualifications & Experience of a Property Manager: Leasing, sales, and customer service experience desired. Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written. Good understanding of basic accounting practices. Yardi experience is a must. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.
Job Summary of a Property Manager: Providing in-person assistance and service to residents with regard to the payment of rent, fees, and other charges. Coordinating leasing, Marketing Strategies, and resident activities. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident files, managing delinquencies, and preparing and delivering legal and formal documents, completing weekly reports.
Valid Driver's License and Vehicle required High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Minimum of 2 years experience in property management, retail service, or sales Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills, and a customer-focused service orientation Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9a-5p, some weekends May occasionally assume responsibility for the community when the Property Manager is unavailable or absent
