Maple Nut Kitchen has been crafting premium small batch granola in New Hampshire since 2014.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team player to join our production team in our dedicated gluten-free facility. This is a hands-on role that includes food production, quality control, packaging, facility cleaning, and occasional local deliveries.

We're a growing small business, so while you'll typically have a consistent weekly schedule, occasional adjustments may be needed during busier periods or as the business grows. We're looking for people who are comfortable with a reasonable amount of flexibility and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.

Being local to the Swanzey/Keene area or nearby surrounding communities is highly preferred.

This is a true part time position averaging approximately 25 to 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and work at a steady pace throughout the day.
• Reliable, dependable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation procedures, and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills for managing team coordination and reporting issues effectively.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Granola production and quality control.
• Measuring ingredients and following recipes accurately.
• Packaging and labeling finished products.
• Facility cleaning and maintaining food safety standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production process to verify product consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Local deliveries using our company vehicle when needed.
• Assisting with other production tasks or business needs as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
