We are looking for reliable Roofers/Laborers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs, performing general labor tasks, and assisting with other construction projects. This position requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and construction, a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights.
- Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance.
- Be able to read and understand blueprints and plans.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks.
- Lift and carry heavy objects.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Climb ladders and scaffolding safely.
- Understand basic roofing terminology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Experience:
- Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
