Weekend Sales Position
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Weekend Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping a clean and organized space, and has interest in food, especially cheese! Weekend staff play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
The work schedule would be every other weekend, with ability to switch days with other employees when needed. Hours would be Saturdays 9am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm
Duties include:
Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with cheese and specialty product selections
Process purchases accurately using the point of sale system
Answer phone calls and take customer orders clearly and efficiently
Stock and rotate products in coolers and displays, ensuring freshness and proper presentation
Cut, wrap, and label cheese according to the stores standards
Candidate must:
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work weekends consistently
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Comfortable handling food products and following sanitation guidelines
Basic math skills and attention to detail for transactions
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
