Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Working Account Manager role located in Peekskill, NY. The Working Account Manager will oversee assigned accounts, ensuring all landscaping and turf & ornamental services are delivered to the highest standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and cultivating client relationships, supervising staff and subcontractors, managing project timelines, inspecting job sites for quality, and handling problem resolution. The role also involves coordinating with clients to deliver customized solutions and ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, turf management, or lawn care services
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proven team leadership and staff supervision abilities
- Problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Physical capability to perform outdoor tasks and oversee projects on-site
- Knowledge of pest control, fertilization, and plant care solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, or accredited related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated areas
