What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Mentor - PM Shift (T, Th, Sat) position at Maple Lake Academy?

Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into a Staff Mentor role supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused school and community environment. In this role, you'll:
✔️ Provide classroom support during school hours. Provide structured support during non-school hours

✔️ Collaborate with a strong, caring team

Schedule: There are four different shifts and we have openings on each shift
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 3-11PM and one Sunday shift every other week

Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles)
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer
Salary : $16 - $18
