What are the responsibilities and job description for the Monarch Food Runner position at MAPLE HOSPITALITY GROUP?
What You Will Do:

Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests

Be flexible and adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests

Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively

Pick up food from the pass and deliver it to tables

Maintain a professional image

Set, organize and restocks service area

Return all items to their zoned location

Respect guest right of way
Who We Are Looking For:

Minimum 3 years experience in high volume atmosphere

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and walk/stand for a 6-8 hour shift

Fluent in English and ability to clearly articulate guests needs to teammates

Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual

Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service

Flexible hours are required (need to be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail

Ensure a professional appearance in a clean uniform

Skilled in time management
