The Drink Runner is responsible for efficiently delivering beverages from the bar to guests in a timely and professional manner. They act as a liaison between the bar and the service team, ensuring all drinks are delivered accurately and at the correct temperature. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a strong sense of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly pick up completed drinks from the bar and deliver them to the correct tables.

• Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, and managers to ensure smooth service.

• Verify that drinks match guest orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

• Assist with restocking bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar pick-up and service areas.

• Ensure safe and responsible handling of alcoholic beverages.

• Provide friendly, helpful service to guests when interacting.

• Support the bar and FOH team with additional tasks during peak periods.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or similar environment preferred.

• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in the state.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.

• Must be able to one-arm carry a large tray over your head of up to 10lbs

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.

• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
