The Drink Runner is responsible for efficiently delivering beverages from the bar to guests in a timely and professional manner. They act as a liaison between the bar and the service team, ensuring all drinks are delivered accurately and at the correct temperature. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a strong sense of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Promptly pick up completed drinks from the bar and deliver them to the correct tables.

Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, and managers to ensure smooth service.

Verify that drinks match guest orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

Assist with restocking bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar pick-up and service areas.

Ensure safe and responsible handling of alcoholic beverages.

Provide friendly, helpful service to guests when interacting.

Support the bar and FOH team with additional tasks during peak periods.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or similar environment preferred.

Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in the state.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to one-arm carry a large tray over your head of up to 10lbs
