What You Will Do

• Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate guests

• Ability to thrive in high pressure environments

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and be able to properly describe food and beverage items to guests

• Maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Maple Hospitality Group uniform and hygiene standards

• Communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive

• Read guests and deliver custom experiences based on your personality

• Be a true team player --  communicate with and support the team at all times

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year serving experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant

• A professional, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, wine and spirits knowledge is a plus

• Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service

• Exudes confidence and takes pride in their personal style and appearance

• A genuine passion for the craft of service
