What You Will Do

Manage reservations on OpenTable
-
Enthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining
-
Manage waiting guests
-
Designate table assignments
-
Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests

Be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests

Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively, Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations

Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates

Tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times

Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server

Communicate changes/events that can influence covers

Other tasks as assigned
Who We Are Looking For

Ability to use reservation systems
