What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hygiene Coordinator/Front Office Assistant position at Maple Grove Dentistry?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to be our new hygiene coordinator. Patients come first in our practice so we are looking for someone who is excited to meet new, anxious patients and help them join our dental community.
This position involves greeting patients, answering phones, data entry, scheduling, hygiene schedule coordination, chart auditing, and explaining and collecting patient balances.
You will also be responsible for reviewing hygiene recare, tracking patient's insurance eligibility, and assisting the front office team with additional administrative tasks
As you will be a part of the administration team interacting directly with patients we are looking for someone who is kind, happy, energetic, professional and has a growth mindset.
Pay will depend on experience and ranges from $17-23. Preference will be given to those who have dental experience, clinical or administrative but we are willing to train the perfect team member!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
