Position Summary
The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent patient service, and achievement of practice goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in dental office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office.
- Supervise, coach, and support front desk and administrative staff.
- Monitor scheduling efficiency and maximize provider productivity.
- Handle patient relations and resolve concerns professionally.
- Verify insurance, review treatment plans, and assist with financial arrangements.
- Monitor office production, collections, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and staff training as needed.
- Work closely with the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes.
- Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft or similar) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
