Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead and manage a crew in delivering high-quality landscaping services. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on expertise in landscaping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of laborers on daily landscaping projects
- Plan, assign, and oversee work to ensure efficiency and quality
- Communicate with clients professionally on-site as needed
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and vehicles
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Manage job site materials, timelines, and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and equipment
- Valid driver’s license (Minimum of a class E license)
- Ability to manage a team and work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical labor as needed
