As a Client Service Specialist, you will work closely with our Client Portfolio Managers and Operations Team, focusing on opening and maintaining client accounts, providing clients and advisor partners a high level of service, and assisting in various marketing and investment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build relationships and deliver superior service to our clients and advisor partners.
• Manage new account opening processes
• Monitor incoming asset transfers
• Assist clients and advisors in settling estate cases
• Manage incoming client and advisor partner requests
• Manage client information
o Gather information
o Ensure accurate account setup in both advisor partner and Maple systems
o Configure and train clients on our portal
o Effectively communicate progress with other team members
• Monitor incoming asset transfers
• Assist clients and advisors in settling estate cases
• Manage incoming client and advisor partner requests
o Process money movements
o Assist with charitable giving requests
o Additional account maintenance requests
o Build trusting relationships and serve as a liaison for clients
• Manage client information
o Accurately enter and update client information in our databases and systems
o Review and audit data for accuracy and provide data and reports to team members as needed
• Provide support to our business development and internal marketing team
Our next Client Service Specialist has:
• A propensity to follow through and ensure that tasks have been completed in a timely manner
• The ability to handle competing priorities with grace and composure
• A desire to serve clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues, and clients
• Over 2 years of financial services experience (preferred)
• A true interest in the investment profession
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university(preferred)
• Experience with Client Relationship Software (preferred)
