Job description - Client Portfolio Manager
Position Description
As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with our Investment and Client Service teams focusing on managing advisor partner & client relationships, managing client portfolios, and generating new business via existing and new sales channels. This is not a remote position, and candidate is expected to work out of our Alpharetta, Georgia office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Client Portfolio Manager will be responsible for a wide variety of portfolio management duties, including:
- Business development, specifically creating new, actionable advisor partner relationships
- Develop investment/planning strategies to win business
- Frequent travel; at least monthly
- Relationship management with both advisor partners and direct clients
- Facilitating client service requests
- Special projects as needed
Our next Client Portfolio Manager is/has:
- A collaborative team player with a great sense of humor
- A propensity to follow through and ensure that tasks have been completed in a timely manner
- The ability to handle competing priorities with grace and composure
- A proclivity to serve advisor partners and clients
- Strong investment presentation skills
- 10 years of investment management experience
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- A CFA or CFP designation (preferred)

- Struggles working with different or conflicting personalities

- Is uncomfortable sharing mistakes
