About Maple Armor USA
Maple Armor USA is building a North American fire protection platform focused on fire detection, fire alarm control, notification, and special hazard fire suppression systems.
Our current growth initiatives include clean agent fire suppression systems, inert gas fire suppression systems, operational infrastructure development, distributor network expansion, technical support, and long-term market growth throughout North and South America.
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and adaptable Operations & Business Development Coordinator to support daily operations, customer and distributor communications, marketing activities, website content coordination, and business development initiatives during this exciting growth phase.
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with company leadership and participate in the development of a growing technical business within the fire protection industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities
- Maintain business records, reports, and project documentation
- Assist with inventory, shipping, packaging, and logistics coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules
- Support vendor and supplier communications
Customer & Distributor Support
- Coordinate customer inquiries and follow-up communications
- Support distributor development and onboarding activities
- Track opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions
- Assist with customer support and product information requests
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems
Marketing & Communications
- Coordinate trade show and industry event activities
- Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Coordinate website content updates and digital marketing activities
- Support LinkedIn and social media content development
- Assist with brochure, datasheet, and technical literature management
Business Development Support
- Assist with partner and distributor outreach initiatives
- Support business development projects and market expansion activities
- Help organize and track strategic opportunities
- Assist leadership with special projects and growth initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience supporting operations, sales, marketing, or business development activities
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management systems
- Experience coordinating trade shows, events, or customer communications
- Experience with website content management platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools
- Experience supporting technical, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or fire protection businesses
