About The Role:
Build trusted partnerships with Fortune 100 and defense customers while growing accounts from $5M to $20M ARR
We’re looking for an Enterprise Transformation Director to drive the long‑term success of several of MapLarge’s most strategic enterprise and government customers. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role that blends executive strategy with technical execution, guiding customers from initial vision through full enterprise deployment. You’ll act as the internal driver for your accounts, building deep trust, solving hard technical problems, and driving mission outcomes that create lasting value.
Responsibilities
- Drive success in several of MapLarge's most strategic enterprise and government accounts as the executive accountable for their long-term success.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, technical leaders, and operational teams.
- Lead solution strategy from concept through deployment, partnering closely with engineering.
- Roll up your sleeves to solve complex technical challenges — not just manage from the sidelines.
- Drive successful implementations, mission outcomes, and expansion opportunities across your accounts.
- Coordinate engineering, product, support, and leadership around customer priorities.
- Represent customer needs internally while helping shape long‑term product and platform direction.
Qualifications
- 10 years leading enterprise technology initiatives or large‑scale software programs.
- Experience delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 companies or U.S. Government customers.
- Ability to operate comfortably between executive conversations and technical deep dives.
- Strong technical curiosity- you don’t need to write production code, but you love understanding systems.
- Proven track record driving multi‑million‑dollar enterprise programs or portfolios.
- Bias toward action, results, and building clarity amid ambiguity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Tier 1 Consulting, deployment strategy, or enterprise delivery roles.
- Background working with cloud, data, or distributed systems.
- Prior experience in defense, intelligence, or mission‑critical environments.
