As a Production Operator - General Labor, you could take on roles such as a General Production Labor Helper, Picker/ Packer, Labeler, Bucket Stacker. - Perform a variety of general labor tasks to support manufacturing operations.
- Stack finished products, raw materials, and other items as required.
- Sort, place, and identify materials and/or products on racks, shelves, or bins.
- Clean and organize production cells, material storage areas, and equipment.
- Operate forklifts, applicable at various locations.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Position Specific Details:
- Base hourly starting at to $18.56 p/hr, based on experience.
- Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable .

Qualifications:
- Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
- Manufacturing/process experience; forklift certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility for overtime and shift hours required.
