Automotive Parts Manager – Fox Toyota

We’re an established rapidly growing Toyota dealership seeking an experienced, results-driven Parts Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a busy, high-potential parts department and grow with a dealership under strong leadership and a clear vision for success.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to deliver exceptional service
- Work closely with the Service department to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with OEM standards
- Drive department growth through improved processes, customer satisfaction, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership (CDJR experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar)
- Ability to analyze reports and manage department financials
- A proactive, hands-on manager ready to make an immediate impact
