ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Work closely with cooler and supervision.
- Keep production and loadout going in a timely manner.
- Document each move made on jockey sheet, turn in documentation to production office.
- Responsible for documentation of any damage to tractors or trailers, and the reporting of such.
- Responsible for recording hub milage, fuel levels, temperature checks, and fuel pumps readings.
- Help out wherever needed in production or loadout, keep area clean and make sure doors are closed at all times.
- All employees are expected to support the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program by following food safety and quality procedures, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and reporting any concerns. Team members must understand their role in the SQF System, complete required training, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to ensure safe, high-quality products.
- Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, reach, climb, stand.
- Must be willing to assist in other duties as assigned.
- Class A CDL
- Minimum high school diploma with higher education or certification preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- The ability to work required hours and able to work overtime when needed.
