Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, croissants, cakes, and cookies according to established recipes.
- Ensure all baked goods are produced with high quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items for catering events or restaurant offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers regarding their preferences and special requests.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools.
