About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations that power our food distribution programs. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that includes both warehouse responsibilities and driving to distribution sites across the Verde Valley and throughout Yavapai County.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming food shipments
- Prepare and stage orders for mobile distributions and partner agencies
- Load and unload trucks, including refrigerated vehicles
- Drive box trucks and other large vehicles to distribution sites across the region
- Support on-site distributions, working directly alongside staff, volunteers, and community members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the warehouse
- Support inventory tracking and basic data entry
- Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability—your team depends on you
- Clean driving record and comfort driving large vehicles (box trucks, refrigerated trucks, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Comfort working in varying temperatures (including refrigerated environments)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel locally across the Verde Valley and Yavapai County
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
