What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leave Replacement Teacher, Social Studies, Middle School position at Manville School District?
We are seeking a qualified Leave Replacement Teacher to teach 7th-grade Social Studies at our Middle School. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that supports students in developing historical thinking, civic understanding, and strong reading and writing skills. Responsibilities include implementing existing lesson plans, maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment, and collaborating with grade-level support staff as needed. Strong communication skills and flexibility are essential.
Dates needed: February 2, 2026 - March 2, 2026 AND May 22, 2026 through the end of the school year (approx June 19, 2026).

Salary Range for the 2025-2026 SY: $63,110 - $95,350 based on years of experience and level of education
