For our MPL Offices in US based in Miami, we are currently looking for a skilled professional with experience in U.S. Customs procedures to support our import/export operations.
Your Role as a Customs Specialist:
Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs, PGA, and Federal regulations
Prioritize shipments based on ETA, service level, and transport mode
File and review import customs entries, including ISF and AES transmissions
Prepare, review, and manage documentation in line with company and legal requirements
Accurately create, update, and bill orders
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams

Job Requirements

What You Bring:
Hands-on experience as a customs brokerage entry writer
Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations (air & ocean, import/export)
Detail-oriented with top-notch communication skills
