We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Distribution Sales Analyst to join our team. Salary range is expected to be between
$71,550.00 USD - $119,250.00 USD

- Visualizations: Create and maintain dynamic dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide insightful visualizations for the sales team.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and execute efficient and complex SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant sales data.
- Data Insights: Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise explanations for management and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Develop a comprehensive understanding of data structures that represent our distribution selling model.
- Big Picture Thinking: Maintain a high-level perspective on how data analysis aligns with and supports the strategic initiatives of the sales organization.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate insights and findings efficiently and effectively to ensure alignment and understanding across teams
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights for enhancing sales performance and strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Advanced Analytics, Sales Management, Product, and Finance to ensure our work and insights are aligned with overall business goals and strategies.
- Training and Support: Engage in proactive outreach to members of our sales team and key stakeholders to ensure continued use and adoption of analytics and reporting tools.
- Proven experience in data analysis.
- Proven experience in developing insights and identifying patterns from complex data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI and/or Tableau a plus.)
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data insights effectively across different levels of an organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data science or AI modeling a plus.
- Power BI data modeling and visualization expertise.
