This AVP leads Retail Sales Enablement for North America. The role owns the strategy and day-to-day delivery of the tools, platforms, and adoption programs that help sales teams work smarter and engage advisors more effectively. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing/MarTech, Technology, Data/Analytics, and Compliance to deliver a reliable CRM experience, strong selling tools (including content/engagement platforms), actionable reporting, and AI-enabled productivity improvements to create the best efficient and effective seller journey platform. Responsibilities Set the North America Retail Enablement roadmap across CRM, selling tools, content/engagement platforms, reporting/insights, and AI-enabled capabilities. Own CRM outcomes (Salesforce), including platform improvements, workflow simplification, data quality, and field adoption. Lead enablement launches and changes end-to-end: communications, training, readiness, leadership alignment, and hypercare. Run the operating model for key tools (e.g., content management/engagement platforms), including vendor management and clear business ownership. Build and track adoption and impact metrics (usage, satisfaction, productivity, sales outcomes where available) and use them to prioritize work. Partner with Marketing to improve lead management and advisor engagement workflows, integrating sales and marketing insights where appropriate. Advance the AI enablement agenda: identify practical use cases, guide pilots/MVPs, and work with Tech/Data/Risk on scalable paths to production. Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team; set clear priorities, simplify processes, and create a sustainable pace of delivery. Qualifications 8 years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales operations, CRM/product ownership, or sales technology leadership. Proven ability to drive adoption and change management for field sales teams (clear comms, practical training, leader enablement). Experience managing vendors/platforms and setting governance, standards, and ways of working. Strong cross-functional leadership: you can align Sales, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Risk to deliver outcomes. Comfortable with innovation and experimentation (AI/advanced analytics a plus), balanced with operational rigor and risk awareness. Clear, concise communicator with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with evolving needs that require frequent re-prioritization.
