About the Role
As a Social Media Manager/ Content Creator at ManuKind, you’ll be responsible for shaping our voice and presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. You’ll own the content calendar, develop creative campaign ideas, and work closely with our design and creative teams to bring engaging, social-first content to life. From supporting influencer and UGC programs to tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns, you’ll play a key role in growing our community and building a brand that resonates with parents. This role is ideal for someone who loves digital storytelling, understands social trends, and enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the content calendar; plan themes, hooks, and formats.
- Partner with the creative team to brief and execute social-first campaigns.
- Support influencer outreach, UGC programs, and creator partnerships.
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, watch time, clicks); optimize through testing.
- Collaborate with design, e-commerce, CX, and paid media teams.
- Ensure compliance with FTC and brand guidelines.
- Assist with budgets for boosted posts and creator fees.
- Ad Creative and Brand Assets
- Develop and refine visual identity (logos, typography, brand consistency).
- Photography skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience managing social media for a brand, or strong portfolio of managed accounts.
- Platform fluency across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or online communities.
- Strong understanding of hooks, trends, and storytelling in digital media.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
- English fluent (Korean a plus).
- BA in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000 annually (DOE).
