Job Description
The Quality Control Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products, supporting machine operators, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support machine operators in production processes to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Replenish stock of raw materials and supplies to maintain continuous operations.
- Inspect finished products for quality control, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, following company packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required, with training provided.
- Strong attention to detail for product inspection and quality assurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills, ability to use calipers/micrometers a plus.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
