- Shift Availability: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift hours Monday through Friday

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Setup and operate various machinery to include Press machinery, Converting Machinery and Slitting machinery
- Assemble products to customer specification from engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders
- Operate production machinery according to training and safety guidelines
- Package finished goods accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Replenish stock and take accurate inventory counts
- Follow written and verbal work instructions
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors
- Work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Machine Operating experience preferred
- Must be reliable and consistent with attendance
- Strong interest in building a long-term career
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Willing to follow safety rules and production guidelines
- Good attention to detail and work ethic
