Responsibilities: Head of Corporate Strategy
1. Develop and oversee the execution of EBIN’s long-term corporate and divisional strategies.
2. Lead strategic planning for new business opportunities, market expansion, and global growth initiatives.
3. Establish and manage KPI/OKR-based performance frameworks across the organization.
4. Drive major strategic projects and task forces, including digital transformation, new product initiatives,
5. ESG, and organizational innovation.
6. Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to support executive-level decision-making.
7. Facilitate strategic alignment and communication between the CEO and all departmental leaders.
Qualifications:
· 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, new business development, or related fields.
· Proven experience in developing and executing mid- to long-term strategic plans.
· Background in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries preferred.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Fluent in English (Required).
· MBA or a master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred.
