Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented High-Speed CNC Programmer to join our advanced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting CNC machining processes using high-speed machining techniques to produce precision components. This position plays a critical role in reducing cycle times, improving quality, and maximizing machine utilization.
Essential Duty & Responsibilities:
- Develop and write high-speed CNC programs using Siemens NX
- Optimize tool paths for speed and efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
- Interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models to ensure accurate part machining.
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting strategies for various materials, including aluminum, titanium, and Steel
- Simulate and verify CNC programs before production using verification software.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality assurance to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Continuously improve existing programs and machining strategies to increase throughput and extend tool life.
- Set up and run first-article inspections to validate new or modified programs.
- Maintain accurate records of programs, setups, and tooling information.
- Stay up to date with the latest CNC and CAM technologies and industry best practices.

Qualification/Education:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with strong emphasis on high-speed machining techniques.
- Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX, PowerMill, etc.).
- Strong understanding of G-code and CNC machine language.
- Knowledge of various CNC machines (e.g., 3-axis, 5-axis mills) and controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs) and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or other high-precision industries.
