$31–$33/hour 4% Shift Differential
2nd Shift | Full-Time
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our facility operating safely and efficiently. Your day will mostly include troubleshooting HVAC systems, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, responding to maintenance requests, performing preventive maintenance, and helping identify improvements that reduce downtime. You'll work independently, solve complex problems, and share your expertise with less experienced technicians.
YOU MUST SHOW PROOF OF A VALID HVAC CERTIFCATE or UNIVERSAL LICENSE
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Lead complex maintenance projects and system repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs and minimize operational disruptions
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Support facility improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Mentor and assist the junior maintenance team members
Requirements
- 3- 5 years of facility maintenance or related technical experience
- Universal, EPA, HVAC certificate- valid
- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and maintenance best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software
- Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable maintenance practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, and with maintenance equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility for occasional weekends, on-call coverage, or extended hours as needed
