$26–$30/hr (DOE) Shift Differential OT Opportunities
AWS Schedule | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
Full-Time
Work on Critical Heat Treat Equipment
If you’ve got experience with heat treat furnaces and enjoy troubleshooting real industrial equipment, this is a hands-on role where your work directly keeps production moving.
You’ll be working on high-temperature systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A Day in the Life
- Start your shift reviewing work orders and overnight priorities
- Inspect and troubleshoot heat treat furnaces and support systems
- Diagnose issues with motors, burners, pumps, and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, adjustments, inspections)
- Jump in on breakdowns to get equipment back up fast
- Replace components like bearings, belts, valves, and electrical parts
- Work with other techs to solve recurring issues
- Log completed work in CMMS before shift handoff
What You’ll Work On
- Heat treat furnaces and temperature control systems
- Burners, gas systems, and high-heat equipment
- Motors, pumps, compressors, and drive systems
- Electrical panels, wiring, and control components
- Facility HVAC and support systems
Tools & Technology:
- Multimeters and electrical diagnostic tools
- Hand tools, power tools, and precision tools
- CMMS/work order systems
- (PLC or controls experience is a plus)
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Support installation and startup of equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS
- Follow all safety standards (LOTO, PPE, etc.)
- Help improve equipment reliability and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Heat treat furnace experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Safety-first mindset (LOTO knowledge required)
Work Environment
- Industrial setting with heat, noise, and physical work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
- Night shift with rotating AWS schedule
