Quality Manager

Quality Manager / Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties

·         Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.

·         Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.

·         Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.

·         Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues.

·         Establish quality assurance policies and procedures.

·         Lead and train staff on quality standards and best practices.

·         Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

·         Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

·         Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.

·         Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

·         Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.

Quality Manager Qualifications & Skills

·         Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.

·         Strong background in statistical analysis and quality control techniques.

·         Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·         Strong leadership and team management abilities.

·         Experience in manufacturing or production environments.

·         Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

·         Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.

·         Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·         Attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

·         Strong project management skills.
