We are a northern Cincinnati manufacturer who is healthy and growing nationally. We're a leader in our market and have a 40 year success record. We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a critical part of our customer service operations and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering excellent support across all customer service functions. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, entering, and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs), bar codes, ASNs, and labels.
- Troubleshoot issues and follow through to resolution.
- Serve as primary point of contact for your customer base.
- Work with Sales Manager and Sales Support to develop positive relationships and long-term partnerships with customers.
- Follow-up on all customer service-related issues: shipment status inquiries, customer-specific requirements, service information, corrections on shipments, and returns, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support customer operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Customer-first mindset with a positive professional attitude.
