Aerospace Manufacturing Electronics Assembler

Primary Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, M ~ T, 7:00 am ~ 1:00 pm F
Salary Range: Starting at $16.00, top $23.00
Come build a career at MAC! Assemble military and aerospace electronics in a friendly, clean, and temperature-controlled environment. This position is responsible for the successful assembly of MAC's products as defined by MAC's build documentation, process specifications, and training (both classroom and on-the-job).
Main Responsibilities
• Work with your hands to solder and assemble electronics and hardware
• Verify dimensions of parts to technical drawings using tools such as calipers
• Accurately assemble quality materials
• Read and interpret specifications and work orders
• Ensure proper safety and housekeeping standards
• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits
• Work with the Quality team to resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Other duties as assigned
• Job is typically performed in a seated position, with occasional indoor movement
Requirements
Qualifications
• High School education or equivalent experience
• Good hand/eye coordination; able to work with small parts and assemblies
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
manuals
• Basic computer literacy
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• 3 to 6 years of experience
• Able to perform intermediate-level, non-repetitive tasks
• Able to read and interpret product technical drawings
• Able to analyze problems and recommend solutions
• Work under minimal supervision
