Come practice physical therapy in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
At Manual Orthopedic & Sports Therapy (MOST), we believe excellent patient care and a sustainable career should go hand in hand. Established in 2004, MOST is a locally PT-owned orthopedic practice located in the heart of Northwest Montana, serving an active population that loves skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, paddling, running, and everything outdoors.
We’ve built a collaborative clinic culture with low turnover, strong community relationships, and a commitment to helping therapists grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
If you’re an orthopedic PT with 3–5 years of experience looking for clinical autonomy, mentorship, professional growth, and a better quality of life, we’d love to talk with you.
Whitefish offers immediate access to mountain trails, rivers, lakes, and world-class recreation, all while maintaining a strong sense of community and small-town charm.
