Physical Therapy Aide (Part-Time / Entry-Level) – Hands-On Clinical Experience

At Manual & Sports Physical Therapy, we’re building a different kind of clinic - focused on hands-on care, patient experience, and a supportive team environment.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinicians and help create a smooth, positive experience for our patients.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or a future clinical career to gain real, hands-on experience in a professional setting.

What You’ll Do

• Assist PTs and PTAs with patient flow and treatment setup
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinic
• Guide patients through basic exercises (as directed by clinicians)
• Help create a welcoming, positive environment for patients
• Support front desk tasks as needed (light administrative support)

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and people skills
• Interest in healthcare, fitness, or physical therapy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• No prior experience required (we will train the right person)

Ideal Candidate

• Pre-PT, pre-med, or kinesiology student
• Someone looking for clinical hours or real-world experience
• A team player who enjoys working with people

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time (with potential to grow)
• Hourly pay based on experience
