Licensed Massage Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist’s to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a Spa environment focused on health, healing, and customer satisfaction. Applicants must hold an active massage therapy license, liability insurance and possess a strong understanding of human physiology and anatomy. Newly graduated therapists and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and relaxation tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
• Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including occupational health standards
• Learn services specific to this business and continually added new services
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Skills

• Strong client service orientation with excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in patient assessment and understanding of physiology principles
• Professional presentation of yourself at all times and a strong sense of professional boundaries
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients about their needs and treatment options
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients to maintain and encourage regular massage
• Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and dedication to client well-being
