About the Role
We're looking for an analytical and creative Google Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads strategy, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns across Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and CPL.
Create and test ad copies, extensions, and landing page variants for performance improvement.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports and derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad messaging with campaign objectives.
Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and bidding strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and bid strategies.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Certification in Google Ads Search or Performance is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
