Job Title: Pilates / Resistance-Based Fitness Instructor (Mantra Method Training Provided)

Job Description:
Mantra Fitness is seeking passionate, high-integrity instructors to join our Orange County studio. We teach the Mantra Method — a proprietary, slow-tempo, resistance-based training system designed to build strength, alignment, and long-term movement health.
This role is ideal for instructors who care deeply about form, precision, and mind–body connection and who want to grow within a distinct, evolving method — not a franchise or licensed brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead small-group classes using a slow-tempo, high-intensity resistance-based method
- Coach clients with strong attention to alignment, breath, and muscular control
- Create a welcoming, empowering client experience
- Participate in internal Mantra Method training and continuing education
- Collaborate with a supportive, professional studio team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Pilates, fitness, or movement instructors (experience preferred, not required)
- Strong coaching presence and clear communication skills
- Passion for strength, longevity, and mindful movement
- Desire to be trained in a proprietary method with room for growth
