Job Description
Mantra Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about corrective skin treatments, medical aesthetics, and weight loss, and is looking to grow within a clinical, results-driven environment under the supervision of a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Position Overview
This position begins with a 30-day paid training period (part-time) focused on:
- Clinical protocols and patient safety
- Aesthetic and weight loss treatment workflows
- Patient consultation and education
- Documentation, compliance, and delegation standards
Upon successful completion, the candidate will transition into a commission-based provider role with part-time hours based on availability and patient demand.
Post-Training Role
Upon successful completion, the LPN will transition into a client-facing provider role delivering both skin treatments and weight loss services under established protocols.
Compensation
- Commission-based structure for services

Core Services
- Acne-focused facials and corrective skin treatments
- Advanced extractions and barrier repair treatments
- Aerolase laser treatments
- Medical weight loss support, including:
- Weekly injections (in-office patients)
- Patient monitoring and follow-ups
- Vitals and progress tracking
Advanced Services
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling and RF microneedling
- Advanced laser treatments
- Injectable support (within scope and delegation guidelines)
All services are performed under established clinical protocols and within Virginia scope of practice, requiring appropriate supervision and Good Faith Exam compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized, results-driven treatments based on patient needs
- Conduct thorough consultations and assist in treatment planning
- Educate patients on skincare and weight loss protocols
- Administer injections and treatments within scope and training
- Maintain accurate documentation and photography
- Follow all OSHA, infection control, and clinic protocols
- Support clinic flow, including room turnover and patient prep
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
Qualifications
- Active Virginia LPN License (Required)
- Interest in aesthetic medicine and/or weight loss
- 1 year of clinical experience preferred (aesthetics or medspa experience is a plus)
- Strong interest in acne, hyperpigmentation, and skin of color treatments
- Ability to work within structured protocols and under supervision
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
