• Track activity in AirTable: Log leads, notes, priority level, and handoff status to keep the
pipeline organizd and up to date.
• Nurture relationships: Maintain ongoing contact through networking, prospecting, and consistent follow-up to build trus
t and a steady flo of opportunities.
• Handoff qualified leads: Provide Matt Molina with a clear summary of the prospect’s needs, context, and next steps. Matt will handle all negotiat
