Data Quality Analyst (Collibra Specialist)Location: Remote (USA)Type: Direct Hire | W2 Only (No C2C / No Sponsorship) Role Overview:We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst to serve as the lead technical expert for the Collibra Data Quality & Observability platform. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and business stakeholders by designing automated rules, monitoring data health, and driving remediation for critical data assets. Key Responsibilities:Platform Management: Configure and maintain Collibra DQ (formerly OwlDQ) and its integration with the Data Intelligence Platform.Rule Development: Design and implement DQ checks using Spark SQL and regex to monitor accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Risk & Compliance: Identify data risks related to retention, protection, and stewardship; serve as a policy expert for the business unit.Observability: Build real-time dashboards and scorecards to track data health and provide metrics to senior management via Tableau/PowerBI.Issue Remediation: Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on data defects and partner with data stewards to drive resolution and regulatory reporting compliance. Technical Qualifications:Expertise: Mastery of Collibra Data Quality & Observability; Collibra Data Catalog (DGC) experience preferred.Technical Skills: Strong SQL (Spark SQL) and experience with Python or Java for custom integrations.Data Platforms: Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or GCP.Governance: Deep understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and stewardship. Soft Skills:Ability to translate complex DQ concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and JIRA. JPC-7032
