MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Portal Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

- Leads the execution of portal management activities and coordinates the maintenance of portal architecture across multifunctional departments.
- Validate portal performance data and authorize updates to information structures to maintain organizational alignment.
- Monitor portal security compliance and lead internal teams in achieving complex portal performance goals.
- Manages the technical delivery of portal services supporting logistics and sustainment across the Pacific theater.
- Translate mission requirements into actionable Portal Plans and coordinate the transition of information structures to support theater-level goals.
- Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding portal accessibility and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience in formal portal oversight and acting as a Functional Lead for portal architecture.
- ITIL or PMP certification.
- DAWIA Level II in Information Technology (or equivalent).
- Experience with SharePoint development or portal administration in a DoW environment.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
