MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scheduler to join our team in Herndon, VA.

- Drafts and prepares technical project schedules and executes routine reviews of schedule artifacts.
- Maintain analytical data logs for schedule metrics and support the preparation of schedule status reports.
- Follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.
- Supports the technical validation of project schedules across the Indo-Pacific theater.
- Draft schedule reports for theater mission nodes and assist in the tracking of milestone completion trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.
- Prepare data summaries for mission-partner schedule reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency schedules.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- 3 years of position relevant experience.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and technical reporting.
- Foundational knowledge of CPM (Critical Path Method).
- DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).
- Experience in military logistics or project scheduling documentation.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
