MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented RF Spectrum Technician Analyst to join our team working in Crane, IN.

- Participation as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data related to systems testing and product programs
- Participation in ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection simulations to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community
- Track program/project status and schedules
- Development of organization and project level processes, standards, and procedures
- Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance
- CONUS travel is required, up to 25% annually
- 3 years of experience in ISR Collection and project management or management analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; a High School Diploma and 9 years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree in a technical or business discipline and 7 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- Ability to conduct briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel
- Experience with Telecommunications
- Experience drafting test plans, supporting test events, and drafting test reports
- Basic knowledge of DoD Command and Control (C2) systems, platforms, and components, including sensor systems and communication systems
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
