- Coordinates and monitors the daily logistical activities of staff and verifies the performance of various resource units.
- Prepare logistics operational plans, maintain accurate records of asset transfers, and verify that all work meets established SOPs and safety requirements.
- Monitor resource consumption and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for regional operations.
- Drafts and maintains logistics coordination documentation for special operations activities in the Indo-Pacific.
- Prepare planning artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing sustainment actions at regional mission-support sites.
- Assist in identifying operational gaps in theater distribution and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of position-relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.
- 7 years of position-relevant experience.
- Associate's degree or a related field.
- Experience using automated logistics or supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
